1930's Oregon Duck Coasters by COOLSTUB™
GREAT STOCKING STUFFER IDEA FOR DUCK FANS!
Set of four premium vintage Oregon Duck drink coasters designed from authentic 1930's Oregon art in our collection. The University of Oregon formed its first football team in 1894, and joined the Pacific Coast Conference in 1916.
In 1933, Oregon native and former Duck player, Coach Prince G. "Prink" Callison, led the Webfoots to a 9–1 mark and Pacific Coast Conference co-championship, with the only loss coming at the hands of the USC Trojans. Oregon posted 5 shutouts and its defense allowed only 50 points during the season. This record was the best in school history until 2001.
The Ducks are a member of the Pac-12 Conference and play their home games at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon. The Ducks usually end their regular football season with a game dubbed the "Civil War" against their fiercest rival, the Oregon State Beavers. .
